How to Get Your Free Ride
Hours of operation: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Call 1-800-200-8294 (TAXI) or (#8294 on an AT&T wireless phone) during program hours. An operator will direct your request to the correct participating cab company.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Fare must not exceed $30 to qualify for a free ride. Callers are responsible for anything over $30.
- All calls must originate in the District of Columbia, Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland, or Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Eastern Loudoun Counties in Virginia.
- Note: You cannot scheduled a SoberRide pickup in advance.

In September, Panorama Productions announced it was searching for a new resident DJ. The polls were opened and voters selected eight winners to showcase their talents in Ultrabar’s Vault. After two months of impressive performances, we are pleased to announce the following winners:
George Tsakiris
DJ residency and $2,000 prize for biggest crowd
George Tsakiris is a 20-year-old Greek-American from Baltimore with big plans to move into DC. Inspired by local resident DJs Saam and Kevin Melito, he has a love for all music genres. His influences include DJ Tektronics, DJ Kidlucky, DJ LIAKOS, David Solano, DJ Mixalis, and Alex Kuros. According to George, “DJing is not just about the music, it’s the culture: you are a painter and your job is to inspire your audience to create the perfect picture.”
