11/3 – Big Sean, More Acts TBA
Big Sean blew up after debuting the massive ‘Finally Famous’ album in the Summer of 2011. Affiliations with Kanye West’s GOOD Music and collabos with The Neptunes, John Legend and Jay-Z have given the 5’8″ star all the cred he needs. He was on the hottest track of Spring/Summer 2012 with Kanye West, 2 Chainz and Pusha T. The man’s got a new album in the works and arrives in Washington DC on 11/3 to give us a preview at Echostage.
11/10 – Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz
You’re welcome #trancefamily What can be written that isn’t clearly spelled out on the flyer? Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz are spinning together at Glow. Solo events with these guys are sell-out nights. Co-Headlining is just disgusting. See ya there.
11/21 – Thanksgiving Eve: Dirty South “City of Dreams” Tour
He’s produced a ton of your favorites from the last 3 years. He’s owned Glow on several occasions. He was able to follow up that Sweet Disposition remix with a slew of monsters. Couldn’t have been easy, but Dirty South was more than capable of outdoing his best. Every track gets bigger. Every one is a hit. Celebrate the biggest club night of the year on Wednesday, November 21 as Glow hosts Thanksgiving Eve in Washington DC with Dirty South.
11/24 – Paul van Dyk and Robbie Rivera
2 of dance music’s most qualified trendsetters come together for another massive Echostage event. Each an icon in their respective genres, PvD and Robbie have consistently released hits, thrown amazing parties and set the bar for trance and house artists around the world. Most recently, van Dyk’s track ‘I Don’t Deserve You’ feat. Plumb was featured by Billboard on their site. Robbie on the other hand, continues to thrive within his ‘Juicy’ brand, touring, releasing tracks and getting ready for WMC’s top day party.
11/30 – “Mega” w/ Zeds Dead, Paper Diamond, Gemini and more
DC & Hooks linked up in 2004 to make beats. In 2009 their Zeds Dead project was born. A year later the guys started a dubstep night in Toronto and their productions really took off. They signed a track to Diplo’s Mad Decent label and received airplay from Kissy Sellout and Benga. Next came a UK tour, a remix for Dragonette, a 2011 track on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak label. The rest is history.
12/14 AND 12/15 – Tiesto
“The Greatest DJ of All Time” has been thrilling DC nightlife for over a decade. From club nights to an outdoor concert and his epic DC Armory event, Tiësto has helped define the current dance music scene in America. His timeless productions, refined DJ prowess and larger-than-life brand combine for some of the greatest concerts in the world. Join us on December 15, 2012, as Tiësto returns to DC for his Echostage debut.
